To understand what stress, strain and pressure are and recognise when they might occur and know how to prepare for possible stressful, strained or pressured situations.

Stress can cause your body to have physical reactions:

  1. heart rate increasing
  2. blood pressure going up
  3. muscles tensing

A major part of stress is your mindset which is what is addressed in this lesson.
