My Performance Learning Course
MENTAL HEALTH AND WELLBEING
This course is aimed at helping improve wellbeing and helping the learner to become confident and clear in their learning journey.
The learner will learn to recognise how emotions and how sleep can affect learning, as well as develop strategies to be in control of their performance.
In this course, the learner will be taught skills to identify their positive and negative emotions, and how they are triggered. They’ll learn skills to then manage the emotions that negatively impact on their learning and wellbeing.
Course outcomes; having the skills to manage emotions and to improve wellbeing from their sleep to their stress.
