This course is aimed at helping the learner develop the tools and skills to manage, structure and organise their work.
Pressure, stress and anxiety all start to increase when we start to feel ‘out of control’ – when the task ahead of us exceeds the time and energy we have to do the task to the best of our abilities. Through this course, the learner will be taught how to form consistent, disciplined time management and note-taking structures they can use on a weekly basis across all of their subjects helping to overcome that increase in stress and anxiety.
Over the series of lessons, the learner will also look at what they want to achieve, what their goals are and how they are going to achieve them.
This course will help the learner to manage their workload with newfound ease as well as have a clear and focused plan moving forward. The outcome, a calm, clear approach to learning.
