Performance Learning developed an individualized performance plan based on the Performance Learning Assessment.The data received gives great depth and breadth, allowing us to look at group statistics, as well as individual learners. The way the data has been manipulated allows for easy interpretation and stimulates a great variety of questions to delve into further.
This data has been used primarily by tutors. It has allowed them to develop a specific coaching programme, targeting key areas within form lessons, as well as 1:1 sessions for their tutees. At Edgeborough we are proud of how well we know our pupils, this tool confirmed our knowledge and provided evidence on which to base our interventions.
